Joanne Vachon (also goes by the name Jo/Joey LaFaeye) started her healer journey as a massage therapist. She found that her massage skills were limited as she could only temporarily help her clients, so she sought out other modes of treatments. This path led her to the manual osteopathic therapy course at the MOCC in Edmonton. This course has awakened her mind to the multitude of treatment techniques, and she has found the techniques she currently uses to be more effective and helpful for her and to her clients. She has fallen in love with this treatment modality and is excited to continue learning, growing and enhancing her skills as a practitioner. Her goal in treatment is to treat the whole body by supporting its innate ability to heal. Finding and addressing the cause of the problem rather than just treating symptoms.
Jo is very kind, compassionate and easy going. She enjoys the outdoors and animals of all shapes and sizes.
