What Is That Thing You Did That Changed My Life?

Look, I will be the first to admit that I was skeptical of ‘Access Bars’ when I first heard of it.

When I signed up to take the course, I asked Marni and Trudi “How does something so gentle do so much?” We all kind of laughed, and they just said “You’ll see…”.

Access Bars is a gentle, non-invasive treatment that helps our energy realign and rid our bodies of any negative thoughts, feelings or emotions we are unknowingly holding on to that alter our perspective and shift our bodies physically as well.

Often when we are under stress, our back, neck and shoulder muscles become extremely tight and the tissues become restricted. Anxiety can manifest physically as restrictions in your diaphragm, preventing deep breaths and causing digestion issues. Insomnia can also be a direct result of stress and anxiety combined, causing you to lay awake at night with a racing mind, instead of receiving all those hours as restful slumber.

What if we could rid our bodies of all of these unwanted symptoms, and allow ourselves to live with ease, joy and glory? What if we could improve sleep patterns, decrease headaches, decrease anxiety and much more? How would you feel if we could change these things? Would you be willing to try a session if it allowed you more ease in all areas of your life?

Science tells us that the shape of our cells actually become more elliptical when they are influenced by thoughts, feelings and emotions. By gentle pressing on the 32 points and running our bars, it can actually slow brain waves down. It also helps unlock and return those cells into a more spherical and natural shape, which is going to facilitate more ease in the body and mind.

Here are a few reasons some of my clients have tried an Access Bars session, and what they have noticed after having their bars run:

For anxiety, depression, trauma, insomnia, headaches and migraines, constant worry, racing thoughts, self-care, part of their spiritual and/or healing journey.

“I felt really calm and just good overall. I really wasn’t expecting to notice any changes but it’s definitely helped in ways I didn’t think it could.”

“I don’t understand how it works but man, I actually slept once my head hit the pillow and did not wake up until my alarm, which never happens! Definitely trying this again.”

“I came home home from my treatment and was unusually happy and giggly, so much so that my husband had thought I had some wine! But I only had my bars run! And I’ve been really aware of my surroundings and just a sense of calm, which has been nice.”

“I noticed a significant decrease in my anxiety and depression since starting a wellness journey, and adding Access Bars was an excellent addition for me. I will definitely continue having my bars run.”

“I felt so light and floaty after having my bars run. It was really cool and helped with how often I get headaches.”

Access Bars is an individualized treatment as people are holding different things in their bodies and will respond differently, depending on what they are carrying and why they have come for a session. You will respond differently from each treatment as well, because different issues arise/are cleared each session, which is the exciting part of Access Bars. No two treatments are the same.

So, my question to you is…how does it get any better than this?
