As an avid sports enthusiast, he understands the importance of keeping the body finely tuned. Therapeutic massage inspires tense muscles to recover quickly and restores optimum function. In 2011, the quest to become a Yoga Instructor led Pat to southern India where he lived and studied in an ashram, benefiting mind-body-and-soul from the guidance of many spiritual teachers. This life-changing adventure strengthened his resolve to focus his compassionate healing skills in service to others. Pat’s fascination with Eastern healing practices led him to Thailand as well, where he spent several months studying ancient Nuad Bo Rarn traditional Thai massage. He earned his Registered International Practitioner and Teacher Qualifications in March 2015 with 450 hours of advanced certification in Chiang Mai.
