Theresa comes from a background of varied customer service and public service roles, including reception and admin support, day-home provider, community support worker for disabled adults, caterer and cafeteria manager. In search of her own healing, Theresa has sought out many different types of treatment and found that new options are always being presented.  That is what eventually led her to the front desk at Muscle Elements.  She has discovered that this journey of self-improvement is ongoing and there is no end to the amount of healing and self-discovery that can be found.  She believes that the body already knows

Cassandra Parton

Cassandra has always been fascinated by the human body and how it operates. This curiosity along with the drive to provide a service that helps people feel their best is what initially landed her in the massage therapy program. Cassandra graduated from a 2200 hour RMT program at Trillium College in Ontario and is registered with the Natural Health Practitioners of Canada. She has a passion for providing quality treatments that are individually customized to clients in search of relaxation and relief of soft tissue pain / stress. She also loves helping clients improve sports performance, muscle recovery & injuries.


Marni Way

Marni graduated from Foothills College of Massage Therapy in Calgary, Alberta in 2004. She has completed several courses through The Upledger Institute for Craniosacral Therapy (CST), which is truly where her passion lies. CST is effective for every age, from pediatric to geriatric! Marni began her career in a prestigious spa and hotel in Vancouver Island as a Registered Massage Therapist, but was extensively trained in customer service and management. She came to realize that the best way to provide an exceptional client experience is to provide a supportive environment for therapists. She chose to found Muscle Elements in 2007
