Katherine Picard

Katherine has completed the 3,000-hour massage therapy program at Makami College. She’s also completed several continuing education courses, such as orthopaedic massage, neuromuscular certification, myofascial, as well as fire and vacuum cupping. She is also in the process of completing an Acupuncture Diploma from Reeves College, graduating in 2020.

Katherine is passionate about helping others and educating her clients on the importance of self-care and injury prevention. She’s passionate about preventative medicine, learning about holistic healing from her grandmother’s natural remedies and cures. She loves working at Muscle Elements because of the collaborative team environment and the focus on professional development and education.

Katherine believes that optimal health and wellness is achieved by finding a balance in all things in life. She advocates education to prevent illness and disease and believes that leading a healthy and meaningful life is realized through education, prevention and self-care.
