Amanda Bryden

*Amanda is currently on maternity leave.

Amanda graduated from Medicine Hat College with a Certificate of Massage Therapy in 2005. She has chosen to specialise in key therapy and has completed multiple physiokey courses over the past few years. She has found that utilising the physiokey, a non-invasive biofeedback device, in her treatments allows her to greatly increase the range of issues that she’s able to help with as a clinical massage therapist.

Amanda chose to become an RMT after completing her high school work experience in a local clinic. Between college and joining the team at Muscle Elements Amanda spent a few years in the Health and Safety world where she completed EMR training and she counts her favourite experience as her time in Paddle Prairie. She values her past and is passionate about her future. Working as a full time RMT in a unique and supportive clinic with exceptional patients allows her to approach each day with joy and gratitude.

“Healing and health are a lifelong journey that looks different for every single person (though nothing like the glossy magazine) and I’m here to support you as best as I am able. You are the only one with the power to choose your own adventures and, as we all know, with great power comes great responsibility. We each need to ask for help, sort the good advice from the not good advice, make choices that aren’t always fun (but are always worth it), and we certainly need to be kind to ourselves and thereby learn to be kind to each other. You are worth the work that makes your life the reward.”
